Role purpose Reporting to the Senior Manager, S&OP, we are seeking an experienced S&OP Master Scheduler who will be responsible for the monthly Master Scheduling process and the purchase of all S&OP team distributed SKUs. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure best possible service and optimizing stock levels to contribute to the performance of the Supply Chain Role responsibilities include, but not limited to – Ensure the monthly calculation of IDC requirements for all ~950x SKUs are correct, ensuring high service rate whilst minimizing slow moving and obsolete stock Update master schedule to reflect all changes requested by S&OP team or production schedule Analyse largest changes and manage priorities with Production Planning and S&OP Planners Calculate, raise and maintain monthly Purchase Orders required for distribution from IDC to markets Collaborate with Production planning team to ensure purchase plans are complete and available by transmission date each month according to S&OP planning calendar Monitor and analyse performance indicators, conduct root cause investigations, take appropriate actions to resolve issues and propose areas for improvement. Manage product catalogue and planning system parameters in SAP and MPS systems This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.
